John and I went to Puerto this afternoon. It is a TOTALLY different town than Rota. Beachside and HOT. I had to buy a sunback dress to wear the rest of the day.

Oh yes, the website for the base called Rota and the area "The Florida of Europe." I can just imagine what Rota's Tourism Office had to say about THAT!
