Today I was trained and tested in them all. I had to be certified by Red Cross for my new job. I have never done this before. For some reason, I thought it would be hard, but it was easy.
And Fun!
It really is stuff that we should all know.
I just hope that I never have to use it!!!

I used to get that training for Girl Scouts, and it is great info to know! I agree - hope you never have to use it!
I agree with you Laura, it's a great thing to know. Unfortunately I never did and sometimes kick myself for it. Having a pool when the kids were younger always made me nervous no matter how closely I watched them.
Brent has known CPR and First Aid for years because of his job. Now even Elise knows CPR!
